Surigao City - The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
for the Lake Mainit Biodiversity Partnership Project (BPP) successfully signed
by the DENR-Caraga and the Lake Mainit Development Alliance (LMDA) last
September 5, 2012 at 9:00 in the morning held at Surigao Arts and Culture
Center, Provincial Capitol Building, Surigao City.
Graced with the activity were Governor

Racho, Asec. Marlo D. Mendoza of DENR, Mayor Dominador G. Esma, Jr. of Alegria,
Mayor Jenry E. Montante of Kitcharao, Mayor Leicester Fetalvero of Sison, RTD
Mario L. Eludo of PAWCZMS-DENR Caraga, all PENROs of Caraga, the administrator teachers
of Provincial School Board, and the LMDA staff.
