Implementation of the PACAP approved project named People’s Livelihood Efforts in Agroforestry for Sustainable Environment (PLEASE) with implementing partner NGO Propegemus 
Foundation, Inc. (PFI) jumpstarted with a courtesy call paid to Hon. Dominador G. Esma, Jr., the Municipal Mayor of Municipality of Alegria and to the Barangay Officials on May 14, 2008. Along with the PFI Executive Director Arnold L. Tapere who led the courtesy call were the Project Implementing Team, PACAP-FOCAS Assistant Project Coordinator Johny S. Natad, and LMDA Administrative Staff Jonathan M. Natonio. The Project Implementing Team composed of Judith S. Santillan, the Project Officer; Winston S. Salvador, the Community Organizer; and Ana G. Dapal, the Environmental Officer.

Dapal, the Environmental Officer.The project’s area beneficiaries are the Barangays of Budlingin and Camp Eduard of the said municipality. Its major project components are Agroforestry, Enterprise Development, and Capability Building for the sixty beneficiaries from the two barangays. The project is now in its initial phase of the project implementation with the nursery establishments and area validations.
